Glimmer™ is an 8 cm rechargeable puck built around a motion sensor. In the dark it wakes as soon as you move within 3–5 metres and lays a calm, warm pool of light over a hallway, stairs, wardrobe or bedside, then fades about 20 seconds after you have passed. One charge lasts for months, and the magnetic adhesive mount lets it come off for recharging in minutes.

Leveki

Wipe with a dry cloth. With nightly use, recharge by USB about four times a year. Keep the small sensor window free of dust so that it triggers reliably.

A matte ABS shell that spreads the LED into an even disc of light with no glare, a PIR motion sensor with a 120° field of view, and a battery that recharges by USB. It mounts with an adhesive magnetic patch, so there are no screws and no wiring.

Halo night light pooling warm light in a dark hallway

Light that is waiting in the dark

Step into the hall at 3am and Glimmer is already glowing: a warm pool of light on your path that fades by itself once you have passed. You do not fumble for a switch, and no ceiling light ends the sleep you were trying to keep.

Halo light glowing over folded linens inside an oak wardrobe

Magnetic mount and months on one charge

Stick it anywhere with no wiring

The magnetic patch presses onto a wall, a stair or a wardrobe in seconds, and the puck pulls off for a short USB charge a few times a year. Closets, hallways and the space under the bed can have light without any wiring.

Warm, never harsh

The light is a soft amber by design: bright enough to guide you and warm enough that your body stays in night mode, so you fall asleep again as soon as you are back under the covers.

No more hallway light switch

Stuck it at the top of the stairs for my nightly kitchen runs. It sees me before my foot hits the first step, and I'm never blinded awake anymore.

My wardrobe finally has light

Our closet has no wiring, so I stuck one inside the door. It glows when I open it and is off again by the time I'm dressed. Charged it once in four months.

Gentle enough for the baby's room

It lights my path to the crib without waking my daughter. The glow is warm and low — nothing like the harsh sensor lights we tried before.

How does it know when to switch on?
A built-in PIR sensor detects movement within about 3–5 metres across a 120° arc, and only in the dark, so it never comes on in daylight.
How long does the battery run?
Months on a charge with normal nightly use. Most people recharge it by USB about four times a year.
How is it attached?
With the adhesive magnetic patch supplied: stick the patch where you want light and snap the puck onto it. The puck pulls off for charging and leaves no marks.
Will it go off while I still need it?
It stays on while it detects movement and fades about 20 seconds after the last motion, so as long as you keep moving it keeps glowing.
Mafana nakai po ke momoko e maama?
Warm: a soft golden glow, chosen to keep your body in sleep mode when you wake in the night, and never a harsh blue-white.
Maeke ke fakaaoga i fe?
Anywhere indoors where hands-free light is useful: stairs, hallways, wardrobes, under the bed frame, nurseries or a bathroom wall away from direct water.
